Soy Doughnut
Ingredients
- 3 cups of flour of common wheat;
- 1 ½ cup (tea) of soy flour VITAO;
- 300g of margarine;
- 1 cup (tea) of Raw Sugar VITAO.
 
How to Prepare
Put the sugar and the margarine in a bowl. Mix them well until obtaining a cream. Add the flours and mix until obtaining a soft dough. Form, with the hands, small slices with the dough and place them on a roasting or baking pan anointed with oil and flour. Bake the doughnuts at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Serve cool with honey or jelly.
