Put
the sugar and the margarine in a bowl. Mix them well until obtaining
a cream. Add the flours and mix until obtaining a soft dough. Form,
with the hands, small slices with the dough and place them on a
roasting or baking pan anointed with oil and flour. Bake the doughnuts
at 180°C for about 15 minutes. Serve cool with honey or jelly. |
